If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you reserve the right to return your order or part of it, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

– Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been violated

– For reasons of hygiene, returns on nail polishes, pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss and products that come in direct contact with the skin are not accepted.

Returns must be made in accordance with the procedure described in detail below.

* In case of unapproved or unaccepted returns, Depi has every right to refuse the return and the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1:

Step 2:
Pack the product with the packaging that was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. Include this Shipping Form. The products must be returned in their original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used.

Step 3:
The customer service team will make sure that the courier comes to pick up the parcel and return it to our warehouse. At this point you will not be asked to pay a shipping fee.

MONEY RETURN

If the return process is completed correctly and the return conditions are met, as described above, our company is obliged to return your money within 14 days of returning the product to our company.

Your refund will be as follows:

– On your debit / credit card, in case the payment of the order has been made through it.

– In the bank account that you have sent to us via email, in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made.

The time to see the money in your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for more details.

RETURN EXPENSES

If the return is for reasons other than defects in the products, defects or errors in delivery, you must bear the cost of sending the products back to us. For returns that will be made with the cooperating courier company, after consultation with the Customer Service department, the return cost is set at 3 € (this amount may be modified according to the policy of the courier company that applies from time to time). The above amount will not be paid to the courier who will come to pick up the products, but will be deducted from the final amount to be returned to you. If you choose to use another method of return, you will have to pay the cost of sending the products to our warehouse immediately.

POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING PRODUCTS

No changes are made. In case you wish to change any product (s), you must follow the Return Procedure as described above and then place a new order with the products you desire.

GIFT RETURN

Product exchanges are not possible. If you want to return a gift, then the customer who made the purchase must follow the Returns procedure as described above and he will be the recipient of the refund.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS WITH DAMAGE

When you receive your order, please check the box for any damage that may have occurred during transport.
